Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for ''MINI BAR ATTENDANT'' who has the following qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hospitality, Tourism and Hotel, Food and Beverage Management degree or equivalent preferred
• A minimum 1 year experience in the similar role operation in an International/Luxury Hotels
• Fluent ability of speaking, reading, writing and understanding Turkish and English. Additional language is a plus
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
• Requires good communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Micros and related systems
• Must have the ability to develop, write and utilize standards, working procedures and training tools
• Must have the ability to efficiently develop a team
• Have a strong working knowledge of F&B
• Have a strong product knowledge

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position collaborates with the Room Service team and oversees the inspection of all minibars located within the rooms.
• Conducts assessments of product expiration dates, replaces expired items, and executes necessary replenishment/refilling procedures.
• The role is accountable for maintaining the cleanliness of the equipment, tool, and resources within the designated areas as assigned by the managers.
• Sales transactions are systematically recorded in the MICROS system. This role provides assistance to the room service operation as required, ensuring the delivery of orders in adherence to established standards, within the framework of their managers' guidance.
