Job Description:

·       Conducting operational processes of the products / services offered within the scope of  (Insurance packages / Extended Warranty / Value-Added services)

·       Providing all analysis, reports and presentation about performance of services, sharing them with the relevant parties and regularly monitoring them, making ad-hoc requested analyzes

·       Conducting competitive analysis

·       Responsible for following marketing activities and campaigns related to service packages

·       Tracking and working on improvement of NPS results and TAT

·       Managing Service suppliers relationships and monitoring the performances of suppliers

·       Preparing new supplier contracts and following up the process, reviewing contracts for existing suppliers and making revisions when necessary

·       Actively participating in new services creating projects
