Our client is operating in electrical industry offering a wide range of metering devices for electricity, water and heat, and associated software solutions, paired with well-established manufacturing capabilities in Izmir.

• Applying fundamental quality standards, procedures and following company policies.
• Monitoring that processes are performed according to procedures, instructions, specifications and customer requirements.
• Driving the production line to ensure capable processes and best results in Quality.
• Executing all PPAP activities on time according to project schedules and completing quality activities, including transfers to the production environment.
• Participating as technical resource for supplier tranfers as necessary.
• Executing Zero defects initiative by implementing corrective actions at the source.
• Applying fundamental statistical tools and techniques in quality control and reliability activities.
• Managing internal technical quality audits (product, manufacturing process), representing the company in external technical quality audits and managing findings/observations to closure.
• Identifying opportunities and implementing poka-yokes in the process.
• Leading cross-functional Trend Management efforts to address top production defect issues through on-going continuous improvement activities such as: Kaizen, Six-Sigma, Lean, etc.
• Resolving and communicating customer quality issues through root cause analysis methodology.
• Developing plans and managing quality process continuous improvement activities.
• Driving/Leading CAPAs and/or Six sigma projects to closure as required (Trend Management, customer complaints, etc.).
• Managing the calibration and/or verification of monitoring and measuring equipment.
• Executing tooling quality validations to achieve quality at the source.
• Executing root cause analysis by using quality tools and techniques such as PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, DMAIC, Six Sigma, pareto analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, Cpk, SPC, and 8D/SCAR/CAPA.
• Reviewing and approving ECOs/Deviations as required.
• Working seamlessly across applicable departments to ensure full visibility of process and potential critical issues and driving effective solutions, triggering the escalation process if needed.
• Providing technical consultancy to production and other departments on quality-related issues
• Supervising and training personnel as required
• Managing and reporting relevant KPI's
• Working in accordance with the IMS (Integrated Management System) ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ISO 45001.
• Carrying out any other specific work activities assigned by his/her manager.

Driving the production environment to achieve all relevant KPIs:

• First Pass Yield (FPY)
• Internal PPM performance (IPPM)
• CAPA TAT
• Complete and timely PPAP execution/submission

Aradığımız Profil

• Required Minimum Level of Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Preferably Six-Sigma GreenBelt Tool Competence
• Required Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Years
• Capable of reading and understanding technical documents
• Strong understanding of statistics as related to manufacturing process control: Control Charts, Cpk, SPC, MiniTab 6-Pack
• Strong knowledge in Lean, Six-Sigma, DMAIC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, CAPA, SCAR, Gage R&R
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes: PCBa, Molding, Plastic Injection, Stamping, Die Cast, Assembly, Testing, others
• Knowledge of measurement tools and techniques (vernier, height gage, optical comparator, multimeter, LCR, gages, oscilloscope, CMM, 3D Scan, etc.)
• Knowledge and ability to perform root cause analysis at raw material, sub-assembly, assembly levels for mechanical/electrical products
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to drive to final resolution
• GD&T/IPC-A-610 as applicable
• ESD Control
• SAP or equivalent ERP System knowledge
• Auditor/Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001
• Self-Starter - Ability to work independently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) & MiniTab
• Excellent command in English (both verbal and written)
