What responsibilities will the Compensation and Benefits Manager assume for this role?

• Develop and implement a robust compensation and benefits strategy aligned with our company goals, ensuring market competitiveness and employee satisfaction,
• Utilize Korn Ferry grading system to evaluate job positions, determine appropriate salary levels, and maintain internal equity,

•        Conduct salary benchmarking studies using industry-leading tools and resources to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and attractive to candidates and employees,

• Collaborate with field HR teams and hiring managers to provide guidance on compensation matters during recruitment and talent acquisition processes,
• Manage the annual salary review process, including budget preparation, data analysis, and recommendations for adjustments based on performance and market trends,
• Prepare and present compensation-related reports and insights to senior management, highlighting trends, cost projections, and recommendations for improvement,
•  Develop and maintain strong relationships with external compensation and benefits surveys, vendors, and consultants to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends,
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits,
• Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to establish and manage compensation budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to financial targets.Stay informed about advancements in compensation and benefits practices, technology, and legislation, and make recommendations for process improvements and enhancements,

What talents are we looking for for the role of Compensation and Side Manager?

•        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
•        Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager, with expertise in Korn Ferry grading and salary benchmarking.
•       Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze and manipulate complex data sets.
•        Strong understanding of compensation principles, salary structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits.
•        Experience managing compensation budgets and conducting financial analysis.
•       Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
•       Demonstrated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
•        Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•        Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain data integrity.
