Maintenance Manager

We are looking for Maintenance Manager to join our growing company, which is one of the biggest structural part suppliers of Airbus. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Mechanical r Electrical Engineering,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance and utilities, preferably 3-4 years experience in management,
• Good knowledge of HSE procedures and applications,
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing), German is an asset,
• Good command of MS Office and experience in ERP systems,
• Leadership experience, strong organizational and analytical skills,
• KPI and goal oriented work discipline,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residence / open to reside in Ergene, Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, or Çorlu.

TASKS

• Organizing the necessary planned maintenance and predictive maintenance activities,
• Making action plans for demands for emerging malfunctions,
  
• Managing, improving and deploy TPM activities in the factories,
• Coordination with production to schedule maintenance activities in a manner that minimizes disruption to production schedules,
  
• Determining maintenance related KPIs, reporting monthly and taking actions,
• Keeping inventory records of all machinery and equipment and taking action to eliminate deficiencies,
• Ensuring that the technical team reporting to him works on time, efficiently and completely,
• Defining and following spare parts and maintenance costs,
• Preparation, implementation and execution of procedures and forms in accordance with legal legislation, occupational safety and quality management systems,
  
• Participating in work to prevent accidents, fires or explosions in the workplace. To make suggestions to the employer on this issue and to follow the practices.
• The supervise the working environment, to make control and measurement required to be carried out in the workplace in accordance with occupational health and safety legislation and control their implementations.
