  • Ability to organize and analyze detailed information,
  • Ability to present PM status in a variety of formats for business and executive,
  • Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, deliverables, milestones and resource allocation and management in projects,
  • Ability to motivate team members, create a positive work environment, and resolve conflicts.


Main Responsibility

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.  This individual maintains excellent communication with upper management both within and across organizations to ensure successful project implementations. The focus for the Project Management is driving accountability and equally serves as a key position with the Analysis Team, Application Development, IT System & Operations, Service Management and business clients facilitating planning, prioritization and collaboration between groups.  


Job Description

  • Take responsibility as Product Owner on Agile Track to continuous process improvement to optimize processes and methodologies.
  • Prioritizes Agile Sprint items & projects together with Business Units based on changing functional needs, resource capacity, risk exposure, and their interdependencies.
  • Recognizes the need existing policies and procedures that require changes and improvements.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of project
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff
  • Manage project budget
  • Manage project resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Quality assurance
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Regular reports reflecting project progress, problems and solutions.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results
  • Provide functional and methodological guidelines and instructions to internal and external suppliers.
  • Acts as a knowledge reservoir, counsellor, coach and advisor for business project owners and managers within the assigned area and actively participates in interventions.
