• Experienced in Project Management methodologies (Prince II, Agile Scrum),
• Building trust,
• Strong documentation experience & skills,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Excellent communication capability, both fluent in English and Turkish languages,
• Strong planning ,organizing and problem solving skills
• Negotiation and conflict management skills,
• Experience in Project Management tools (especially Azure DevOps),
• (nice to have) PMBOK, Prince II or Agile certification or willingness to obtain one within 6 months of joining.

Job Description

In the role of Project Manager you are responsible for the effective and efficient (on time, on budget, on scope) delivery of local and international change initiatives and projects, from initiation, through project delivery to embedding the changes in the organization and monitoring the benefits. This includes frequent alignment, communication and coordination with relevant MT sponsors, key stakeholders within business and IT teams as well as external vendors. Depending on the project, you will apply Prince II or Agile methodologies. As part of NN Group, you will have the opportunity to cooperate with colleagues from other countries on global projects. 

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects
• Facilitate and challenge the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Manage project budget, timelines and scope
• Manage project resource allocation and challenge project costs
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools like Azure DevOps
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Quality assurance and lessons learnt for closed projects
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Regular reports to MT sponsors reflecting project progress, risks, dependencies, problems and solutions, and – for selected projects – running project committees,
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of benefit realization
• Provide functional and methodological guidelines and instructions to internal and external suppliers.
• Align on methodology and utilize best practices from NN Group.
• Acts as a source of best practices, counsellor, coach and advisor for business project owners/product owners and managers within the assigned area and actively participates in interventions.
