Job Description

In this role, HR BP will be partner of the managers in executing people cycle. HR BP must be able to understand business priorities and translate them into a People agenda that supports the business. HR BP will work closely with expats.


  • Onboard the managers with the HR strategy, its link to the business and importance; be the role model of the culture in the organization
  • Act as a Business Partner, strategic solution provider and advisor for the leaders. Support Managers by providing valuable input and expertise to the team on Hiring processes, Labour laws, HR policies and processes, Compensations, Payroll, etc.
  • Conduct strategic workforce planning exercise in the functions in scope; identify critical sourcing / training needs and liaise with the Organizational Development expert for planning
  • Work with managers to identify the optimum organizational design
  • Work with the managers to identify KPIs to maximize performance
  • Work with the managers to identify engagement drivers in the functions in scope; follow up on implementation of identified action plans
  • Foresee potential talent issues in the functions; identify actions to address those
  • Coach on and support managers with HR related decision making processes
  • Make sure HR processes are being run in the function as planned
  • Drive the employer branding
  • Drive technology in HR.
