•  A university degree in Software, Electronics, Automation, Computer Systems, Information Technologies, or another relevant field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Management/ Sub-Project Management in the Automotive IndustryFluent in English, 2nd German language is an advantage
• General knowledge of Agile Methods
• Experience with Embedded System Development Lifecycle and tools
• Automotive SPICE knowledge is an advantage
• A willingness to learn and develop further knowledge in project management supporting activities
• Excellent communication and moderation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• The capacity to work well in a global team environment, including interacting with team members in other locations

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Electronics Development Project Leader who leads a project team consisting of System-, E/E-HW-, E/E-SW-Development & System- and E/E Embedded-Testing team members
• Reports project status regularly (reviews & meetings) to the Project Leaders/Managers in a matrix organization
• Ensures compliance to stakeholders’ expectations with respect to product requirements, costs, quality & schedule
• Defines, monitors, and adjusts engineering project activities, schedule, and resources in coordination with the Project Leaders/Managers and relevant stakeholders
• Ensure the setup of the project management supporting systems and tools
• Identifies and analyses project risks. Ensures appropriate risk mitigation actions and tracks them until closure.
• Identifies and analyses project problems. Ensures problem corrective actions are tracked until closure, including escalation management.
• Ensures analysis, evaluation, and implementation of change requests. Participates in regular Change Control Board meetings.
• Ensures that customer deliverables are in accordance with expected content and quality.
• Coordinates the creation and updates of the Release Plan
• Creates electronic release notes. Moderates Release Readiness Reviews according to the defined Release Plan
• Controls proper identification and documentation of configuration items
• Ensures that system development and electronic engineering complies with the defined processes
• Ensures the processing of requirements in Electronics Development Project Leader responsibility
