JOB  DESCRIPTION

• Fulfilling the transactions related to General Accounting following the legislation, accounting procedures, and regulations
• Creation of accounting records following the uniform chart of accounts
• Recording of purchase and sales invoices via the e-invoice platform
• Following the E-Invoice / E-Ledger processes
• Depreciation follow-up and accounting records, reporting to the management
• Controlling and approving the foreign and domestic expenditure documents of the personnel through the system
• Detailed work on financial reporting and monthly financial closing report
• Preparation of all periodic tax returns (VAT, Withholding, Stamp, Provisional Tax, Corporate Tax)
• Current account and BA/BS reconciliations and verifications,
• Preparing instructions and making transactions for daily bank movements and other payments.
• Processing and tracking financial debts to banks, trade debts to vendors, debts to official institutions, and other debts in Logo Tiger using cash, money order, and check modules
• Monitoring and reporting of bank credit limit, leasing, and used credit guarantees list

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Economy or Business Administration etc.
• At least five years of experience in general accounting
• Advanced using experience in Logo Tiger, preferably knowing the LOGO Tiger database and T-SQL programming
• Advanced level of E-Invoice, E-Ledger, and E-Archive processes
• Preferably experienced in Technopark and R&D accounting practices
• Preferably strong knowledge of Law No. 4691 and 5746 and incentive legislation
• Having knowledge of SGK, Labor law, ISKUR legislation
• Experienced in VAT refund and deduction,
• Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel)
• Preferably advanced level in English
• Impeccable attention to detail, exceptional analysis, and problem-solving skills are required
• Ability to work independently and as a team member; strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Curious, researcher, and open to self-learning 
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and sense of urgency
• Strong time management, attentiveness to responsibilities, good at business follow-up
