REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a "Quality Engineer" with the following requirements to be employed at our ORAU Bursa factory.

• University degree in Engineering Departments (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering etc. ),
• Advanced level of English. 
• At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a similar position
• Knowledge of FMEA, A(N)PQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, VDA,
• Customer-oriented,
• Prone to teamwork,
• Able to think analytically and use MS Office programs effectively.
• Good communication skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working to ensure a product with a high level of quality that meets customer expectations and a strong collaboration in partnership with design, project, process and production engineering to assure conformance is achieved as a product of the manufacturing process,
• Leading of the Quality Processes in serial and project condition,
• Playing a key role in the local and global arena , representing of the company for 0km product quality and after sales quality issues,
• To follow up and contribute to the improvement of the quality KPI under its responsibility
• Observing the compliance of all controls carried out and/or inspected by the process quality team with the control plan and making intervention in case of non-compliance.
• Keeping the areas it is responsible for up-to-date in quality panels.
• Leading the analysis, activity realization, dissemination and standardization processes in accordance with customer expectations by using problem-solving skills effectively for all quality issues under its responsibility.
• Carrying out the relevant quality activities in case of new product commissioning or engineering changes,
• Working as a PPAP Pilot for A(N)PQP Processes,
• Managing of the approval periods of the project phases (Gateway: approval for a project phase closure),
• Managing of the part, process, equipment (manufacturing and control, measurement) approval periods,
• Performing the defined audit activities to ensure that the legal and customer requirements are met during the project/serial life of the products.
