Export Customer Services Specialist

We are looking for an ‘Export Specialist’ to be asigned to the Headquarter of our Turkey organization in Sancaktepe, Istanbul.

Job description:

• Follow-up, coordination, improvement and reporting of all export processes in parallel with our increasing export volumes,
• Ensuring the necessary information and document flow with logistics suppliers, customs consultants and related departments such as warehouse, accounting and purchasing,
• Information sharing of the preparation of export products with the customer and related units by cross checking the correct part code and physical suitability and photographing them,
• Responding quickly to their questions and requests by keeping in constant contact with export customers,

General Qualification:

• University graduate,
• Ability to write and speak English fluently,
• Customs and International transport (Sea, Road) operation experience,
• Having experience in export operations or willing to improve in export field,
• Good level of MS Excel,
• Ability in practical problem solving and be able to provide necessary communication with related parties,
• Self-motivation to work in a team and strong communication,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
• Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul,
• No military service for male candidates,
