We are looking for Regional Sales Director for Middle East & Africa.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Architecture, having master’s degree in the same  fields,
• Having at least 15 years of working experience in Sales, Business Development,
• Having working experience in Middle East & Africa,
• Having working experience in the construction and construction materials sectors,
• Advanced level of English,
• Having good command of reporting and presentation techniques,
• Having high level of business development experience,
• Able to work target-oriented,
• Having leadership competencies, team building and management skills,
• Disciplined, giving importance to details in business follow-up,
• Being presentable, taking care of its external appearance,
• No travel restrictions,
• Able to reside in Saudi Arabia.

Job description

• Developing new sales strategies that will increase sales volume and efficiency in line with the company's targets and strategies in the short, medium and long term,
• Establishing sales strategies and determining sales targets by correctly evaluating customer, field needs and expectations,
• Developing and managing the sales department team effectively, contributing to the achievement of the team's goals,
• Analyzing the sales performance of the sales department team,
• Planning and effectively implement all marketing activities in order to create new sales channels,
• Ensuring the sustainability of relations with existing customers,
• Following the market strategies and updating the sales strategies according to the changing market conditions,
• Following up all sales offers and contracts at every stage,
• Following domestic and international fair organizations,
• Participating in all kinds of activities (fairs, events, etc.) promoting the company,
• Carrying out domestic customer visits.
