QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Palmet Enerji A.Ş. (Palmet) is a leader in several energy services and energy infrastructure businesses in Turkey and has annual revenues approaching $1 billion. Palmet currently owns three natural gas distribution utilities with more than 900 thousand customers, three natural gas-fired power generation plants with a total of 950MW of production capacity and an engineering/construction company for energy and IT infrastructure projects. Palmet’s international ventures include Palmet Manitoba Hydro International A.Ş. and Palmet International LLC.

Baymina A.Ş., one of the Palmet Group companies, is looking for an Administrative Affairs Manager with the following job scope and qualifications for the 830 MW Natural Gas Cycle Power Plant in Ankara Etimesgut. 

  • To follow up and distribute all incoming and outgoing internal and external correspondences of the company.
  • To support the applications necessary for the fulfillment of the activities of the human resources unit.
  • To control and follow up invoices, expense forms, work advances and dispatch notes, which are followed by the accounting unit, and share them with the accounting unit.
  • To follow up the maintenance, inspection, cleaning etc. of the company vehicles and make the necessary plans.
  • To make necessary controls and follow-ups regarding subcontractor cleaning, security and transportation services.
  • Making welcome and transfer planning for the guests coming to the company.
  • Preparing and sharing invitation letters for visitors from foreign countries. To support the necessary planning and correspondence.
  • To follow the lists of office stationery needs, kitchen needs for shift staff, emergency supplies.
  • To participate in the required quality and management systems audits, to plan to keep the relevant information and documents available through the system.
  • Managing the valuable documents archive
  • Facility Management of the main administrative building and whole plant area.
  • Organizing management meetings


REQUARIEMENTS

  • University degree
  • Min 10 years or more of relevant work experience in similar duties
  • Advanced PC skills on MS Office
  • Fluent in English

  • Preferred Candidate

    More than 10 years of experience
    Bachelor’s(Graduate)
    English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
