QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

University degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering etc.),
Minimum 3-4 years of international sales experience,
Good command of written and spoken English
Sales-focused and customer-oriented approach,
Strong team player and fast adapter to a dynamic environment,
No restrictions to travel abroad.
Researching target customers in potential markets,
To meet the demands of stores, franchisees and distributors abroad,
To be aware of current situations in the field of sales and marketing,
To identify target customer groups and to use different methods to reach them,
To determine the needs of the retailers in the region he/she is responsible for,
To monitor and control product stocks, sales performance and current accounts of the retailers,
Monitoring market dynamics and competitor brand practices and reporting to senior management,
Coordinating all sales processes from ordering to invoicing,
Do the research on the market share of competitive products in countries of his/her region.
