Young Engineers Programme, which offers a comprehensive experience in different functions of PutzmeisterTurkey, welcomes new engineers who are willing to work in a global company, aims to develop sound professionals for the future. We offer you an intensive development journey that will ensure you make the most of your potential.

Young Engineers Programme is designed to prepare new graduated young engineers and develop them for the future with the chance of various trainings, coaching and rotation which maximize their full potential.

Who can apply ?

• You can be a recent graduate or a senior graduate student from the Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Electrical-Electronical Engineering departments of the universities
• Your advanced level of English is an important plus for us
• You should be able to use MS Office programmes very well
• We want you to be curious, eager to learn, follows technology 
• Believes to be a good player
• We would like you to have previous internship experience in a corporate working environment
• Willing to work in a global company
• Willing to live in Çerkezköy/Tekirdağ
