QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Tourism & Hotel Management, Public Relations or similar departments of universities. Graduates from Vocational High Schools will also be considered
• Minimum 3 to 5 years, of work experience in travel agencies or in a multinational firms or event management organizations
• A customer-oriented person with a team spirit following a good communication skills and patience
• Proactive in following latest market trends to be able to create and apply new ideas
• English is a must for both positions

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creates the action plans for promoting the events
• Prepare the time plan and organization of local or international meetings, trainings and seminars
• Organize flight and hotel reservations
• Check the details of every event and finalize successfully
• Assist to Event Management Manager for further applications
• Give ideas for the creation of printed materials and gifts and choose the appropriate gifts for the guests
