JD:

·       Develops procedures and policies that reduce credit risk and ensure timely payments? 

·       Provides the organization with advice on any potential risks to the profitability or existence of the company 

·       Manages building of financial models that predict credit risk exposure to the organization 

·       Follow-up and maintain tracking on open Audit and credit risk issues to ensure satisfactory closure 

·       Ensure effective design and oversight; identify the scope and prioritize local quality control resources 

·       Identifies and evaluates threats, and develops alternative courses of actions to avoid, reduce, or transfer risks 

·       Monitors debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors 

·       Liaise with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team 

·       Collaborates with team members to identify risk mitigation opportunities and develop/maintain portfolio reports that support this function. 

·       Support Senior Management with consumer risk reporting needs 

·       Produce key management reports and respond to ad hoc requests by managing consumer credit risk reporting resources 

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent major

4-5 years functional related experience preferably in a dynamic manufacturing environment and end to end operating model from production to Sales

Past experience in analysis/accounting is preferred

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Persistance and confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders

The ability to keep calm under pressure

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Excellent time management and ability to prioritise a demanding workload

Financial, accounting, and computer literacy

Good command of English.
