Customer Quality Engineer

We are looking for a teammate who will work as a "Customer Quality Engineer" to be assigned to Ravago Turkey.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) with 3+ years of hands-on experience in quality management systems responsible roles.
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Quality-oriented, task-conscious
•  Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, leadership and communication skills
• Strong and proven audit experience
• Good in planning & organization and problem solving
• Residency in Izmir

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitoring supplier KPI’s and reporting
• Conducting process audits
• Having full knowledge at quality tools : A3 Problem Solving, Kaizen, Cause & Effect Diagrams & 5Why , G8D and applications
• Visiting suppliers to ensure corrective and preventive action’s effectiveness.
• Leading & follow-up PPEP studies .
• Knowledge about FMEA and application & process risk analysis
• Having customer-oriented mindset
• Able to manage supplier Non Conformities
• To manage customer feedback and complaints within the scope of the product group in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements
• Inflation Unit planning and work follow-up
• Organization and reporting of EPS experiments
