We are searching for dynamic members for our rapidly growing organization Ultrapolymers at İstanbul Ofis.

The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Preferably in Chemical Engineering and Metallurgical and Materials Engineering) or Chemistry or similar discipline,
• Minimum 3 years of plastics raw materials industry sales experience preferably in plastic raw materials,
• Experience in new customer acquisition and new business development,
• Excellent written and spoken English,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, a good team player,
• Strong personality with a positive approach and can do attitude,
• Proactive and ready to take initiatives with an entrepreneur mindset,
• No restriction of travelling. Candidates should have a driving license with minimum two years of driving experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for sales and new business development activities of the assigned product portfolio and territory,
• Address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships,
• Monitor the market dynamics and competition closely, find and develop new potential customers, new markets and new opportunities,
• Maintain and update the CRM database with all required data,
• Participate in supplier trainings and technical seminars, trade shows, webinars as necessary,
• Responsible for following up the finance status/payment performance of the customers,
• Prepare and present reports on areas of responsibility.
