We are seeking an enthusiastic Finance & Accounting Specialist / Senior Specialist who will work collaboratively with our Global Team to support our overall financial and accounting operations. This position will have an important impact for the company to achieve its overall business goals through effective financial management.

This is an on-site position based in Istanbul/Turkey.

Responsibilities:

• Perform finance and accounting tasks in a timely and compliant manner, taking responsibility for their accuracy and control.
• Manage and track worldwide invoicing and accounts receivables from hospitals and distributors,
• Verify the prices and amounts of purchase, sale, and general expense invoices and expense lists, enter them into the system, and create monthly accruals and follow up unreceived invoices.
• Support the preparation of cash flow tables, balance sheets and P/L reports,
• Follow invoice approval processes and payment terms to be able to take proactive measures,
• Reconcile customer accounts.
• Reconcile balance confirmations.
• Prepare detailed fixed asset lists and create depreciation records at the end of each month.
• Prepare the weekly payment list and report them to the Finance Head.
• Support accounting transactions in US, Australia, Germany, and other affiliates,
• Managing worldwide accounts payable and receivable,
• Preparing accurate and timely reports on weekly and monthly frequencies to track receivables to manage our financial status and ensure timely collections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or related departments from a reputable university,
• Fluent in both written and spoken English to facilitate effective communication within our global team and stakeholders worldwide,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Able to use global financial instruments,
• Experienced in general accounting and financial reporting.
• Excellent command of MS Office Programs, especially expert level in MS Excel,
• Being result oriented, organized, and detailed, able to work with strict deadlines.
• Disciplined and dedicated work ethic.
• Able to work with global time differences
