We are looking for a “Robot Simulation Engineer”who are passionate about the join our unique team and the automation industry.

YOUR ROLE

This position will involve creating simulations, compiling robot off-line programs (OLP’s), and implementing the OLP’s to the robots on the production floor.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating simulations in programs such as  Process Simulate, Kuka Sim, Visual Components,Robot Studio,
• Making feasibility, collision and cycle time analysis,
• Compiling robot OLP’s from the simulation files,
• Uploading OLP’s to robots and setting payload and offset data,
• Stepping robots through their OLP’s and making corrections,
• Working through other robot commissioning activities from power-on through cycle time improvement,
• Leading and assisting production in all quality and process related robot issues during the commissioning and launch phases of the program, using root-cause analysis,
• Supporting and assisting the maintenance team in troubleshooting difficult breakdowns and chronic equipment failures,

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluency in English,
• Bachelor of Science, with a major in Engineering  or equivalent experience,
• Good knowledge in design, layout, process, and automation of robotic production lines, robotic cells, transporation systems,
• Familiar with the industrial applications such as robotic spot welding, sealing, arc welding, transportation and palletizing,
• Experience with creating robot simulations using Process Simulate, Kuka Sim, Visual Components, Robot Studio,

• Virtual Commissioning of simulation cell,
• Completing process feasibility studies,
• Cycle time analysis and optimization,
• Identifying process improvements and implement,
• Programming Kuka robots in the physical world,
• Body-in-white robot programming and spot-welding simulation experience,
• Knowladge of RRS and RCS,
• Generating and commissioning robot OLP's on the floor,
• Tooling designs validation and process design experience,
• Expert in creating Kinematic Models from Processes for simulating various scenarios for robots,
• No restriction for domestic or international travels,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours within the framework of project deadlines and customer requirements,
