QUALIFICATION 

• University graduates from linked engineering departments
• Ability for collaboration and  team spirit Critical thinking and knowledge of  continuous   improvement Capacity for analysis & synthesis
• Organizational capacity, 
• Project management capacity  is advantage 
• Good communication skills
• On its perimeter : knowledge of materials, their properties and constraints
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, wire cutting, heat 
• Knowing how to use design tools (Creo, Catia or Solidworks), mastering industrial      design
• Ability to define and link the technical data necessary for the manufacturing process

     JOB DESCRIPTION 

• According to the directives of the SBU C&I:Design tools (cutting, extrusion, Manufacture of tubular lugs, etc.) with the definition of a product. Make 2D/3D studies
• Write business rules for tooling design and technology implementation.
• Define the specifications for the supply of means and processes and draw up the specifications for the tool
• Search for tooling suppliers in its geographical area, including for SBU C&I tools (not Safak only) 
• Being the link between local suppliers and C&I project manager
• Supervise the production of tools in accordance with the requirements of the specifications,
• Ensure the creation and availability of the associated operating document
• Provide technical support for production and training of operators at the workstation on the activity concerned
