Responsibilities:
To make the necessary preparations in line with Lujo standards for CIS Market Fair, Middle East Fair, Domestic Market Fair and Group Fair participation and sales visits
Planning and participating local and international agency organizations and sales and marketing fairs
Carrying out local and international sales activities in a way that maintains the hotel occupancy and average room rate at the highest level
Following the price policies of the competitors and determining the saleable prices in the market accordingly and determining the prices in line with the general price policies of the hotel
Determining the annual MICE, Middle East and Local Market targets and preparing budget accordingly and presenting it to the Sales & Marketing Director for approval
Preparing contracts for all markets and submitting to the approval of the Sales & Marketing Director
Holding group meetings with the relevant department managers together with agency officials
Preparing MICE, Middle East and Local Market statistics, presenting them to the Sales & Marketing Director and adding them to the general sales report
Developing relationship within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
Managing and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Increasing the sales portfolio and strengthening relations by making sales visits to travel agencies, tour operators and companies at certain periods
Requirements:
Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or related major.
Minimum 10 year experience in the sales and marketing and minimum 3 year experience in a similar role.
Must speak, read, write, and understand Turkish and English (Russian is plus)
Proven success in a similar role and environment.
Empathy towards the customers and colleagues.
Polished personal presentation with warm, confident and hospitable personality.
Analytical thinking, innovative, solution oriented.
Active listening skills
Being prone to teamwork
Strong communication and persuasion skills
