Job Description & Responsibilities:

To manage all guests and groups, including coordinate and monitor directly between guest and all necessary departments

To review all VIP guests and share details with entire operations team. 

Attend daily morning meeting in Guest Relations Manager’ absence to ensure proper delegation and communication.

To coordinate guest room special requests with operations team; manage VIP arrivals

Responsible for directing room service amenity servers to ensure appropriate amenity is placed in room prior to guest arrival

Directly involved in upselling the services for an additional revenue to Lujo Bodrum,

To find solutions to the inevitable challenges and glitches that arise while guests are in property and keep Guest Relations Manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate,

To ensure all departments are following up with glitches and that they are doing so in a timely manner,

Proactively research arriving guests and ensure all preferences are followed up correctly,

Requirements:

Previous experience in luxury hospitality preferred.

At least 2 years of experience in related field.

Good communication, writing and oral proficiency.

Preferred language skills are Russian, English, Turkish
