Job Description & Responsibilities:

Responsibility of beach operations

To ensure guest and staff satisfaction

To establish service standards at Forbes standards

To create sales and cost reporting

Requirements:

2 years of experience in a similar position,

Fluent in professional English, preferably Russian as a second language,

Good communication skills and presentable,

Able to make recommendations and provide high quality service to guests,

Working with a focus on guest satisfaction,

High planning and organizational skills,

Strong empathy skills, belief in teamwork and disciplined
