Job Description & Responsibilities:

To continuously improve in store sales performance and develop strategies,

To analyze the needs of the guests correctly and to ensure that the ideal product and service is offered to the guest, 

Ensuring the correct display of the brand and products in the store,

To ensure product management by closely following stocks and sales,

Effectively managing all store operations in line with all existing procedures and processes,

To lead all team members, to be a trainer and developer, to organize and follow the working hours of the team,

Reporting the processes related to the department to Business Development Director,

Requirements:

Graduated from related departments of universities,

Good command of Turkish, English or Russian language,

5 years of management experience in luxury merchandising,

Fashion-related, taking care of personal care,

Have team management experience,

Able to easily adapt to global brands,

Strong communication skills and human relations,

Able to work with a focus on guest satisfaction,

Strong organizational and follow-up skills,

Presentable, dynamic, proactive,
