Job Description & Responsibilities:

Strong accent is to be given to the hospitality towards the guest as a prime goal and thus to maintain and develop the attitude of the related staff,

Exercises strong leadership and gives a special attention to visible management in the front area, especially during main service hour,

Maintains company standards of quality, service and facilities in all outlets over which he/she has responsibility and authority,

Coordinates on a day to day basis with outlet managers the smooth running of the operation,

Must be thoroughly familiar with all local and international Food & Beverage standards and ensure they are followed,

Works in harmony with his/her colleagues, suppliers, other business partners,

Responsible for effective utilization of operating supplies, machinery and assets within his/her area,

On a day to day basis ensure that all facilities, equipment, furnishing, service ware, physical inventories and any other physical assets within the Food & Beverage Department are properly purchased, accounted for, used, secured and maintained

Requirements:

At least 5 years international chain hotel experience in the Food & Beverage Director/Manager position,

University degree of related fields such as Tourism & Hotel Management,

Strong understanding and knowledge of Hotel Food & Beverage operating procedures and business practises,

Guest satisfaction oriented and high attention to details,

Successful leadership skills and good at inter-personal skills,

Quality minded, able to solve problems in a systematic approach,

Computer literacy; MS Office programs,
