We are looking for Logistics Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

1.According to the warehouse receipt and delivery rhythm and daily (monthly) production plan, communicate with the carrier in time to provide a relatively accurate delivery plan

2.The system enters the bill of lading plan, loading plan, and informs the warehouse to load and stock up, follow up the loading situation and monitor abnormality

3. Responsible for customs declaration, customs clearance and review of various documents for export goods, and send them to the carrier

4. Register the abnormal records of warehouse shipments and shipments, and process relevant abnormal cargo data to promote warehouse operations to reduce errors

5. Connect with warehousing and physical channel companies, and timely communicate with new customs information to adjust document data

6. Follow up the logistics situation and monitor the service quality of the carrier logistics provider

7. Complete other tasks arranged by the superior, and timely feedback the work situation to the superior

Job requirement

1. College degree or above, with more than 1 year of logistics or document related experience

2. Understand Turkey's export-related knowledge, be proficient in the operation process of all aspects of export, and be familiar with customs laws and regulations

3. Proficient in operating OFFICE office software, good English

4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, good coordination and communication skills and teamwork skills
