We are looking for a "Training Specialist” to join our Training and Development team,

Qualifications,

• Designing, budgeting, managing training programmes in line with the company strategy
• Determining the training needs of all our employees (Mainly blue collar),
• Designing, budgeting, managing training programmes in line with the company strategy,
• Provide trainings and preparing the training materials (such as prescription cards, PPT’s, exams etc.),
• Evaluating the efficiency of trainings and making a development plan when it’s necessary,

Job Description,

• University degree in relevant departments,
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience on training,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office Programs,
• Effective communications with excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills,
• Strong analytical thinking skills,
• Highly effective organization, planning and time management skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• No obstacle for travelling (The position requires travelling abroad).
