Qualifications and Job Description

As Boutique Sales Agent, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

Sustainability, Wellness, and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices and initiatives are implemented, embraced, adopted within the hotel/resort. 

Scope 

• Well-groomed at all times and maintain a friendly and cheerful attitude.
• Purchasing of items for the clients as per the request from the resort.
• Be familiar with room amenities. Layout, rate structure and outlets (e.g. Operation hours, menu, promotions, prices, etc.) Facilities and services offered in the Resort.
• Provide courteous service to guests and respond promptly to guest’s requests and inquiries.
• To follow all systems and procedures as stipulated in the standard operating procedure manual.
• Follow the pricing guidelines given by the direct supervisor.

To itemize every item in the store with suppliers’ name and code for easy reordering and updating.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduation.
• 1 year or more experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury hotel segment.  
• Excellent written and verbal skills both in English and Turkish.
• Additional languages are beneficial.
• Able to converse and resolve guest complaints/issues in a calm and professional manner.
• Energetic with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of store operations.
• Basic sales skills, upselling and ability to communicate freely with others.
• Understand retail ratios, calculations and discounts.
• Knowledge of retail layouts, organization and display.
• Familiar with both male and female sizes in international standards.
