GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for a CEO Office Specialist to work under the CEO Office Management in our Güneşli Balance Office.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from related departments of universities (Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration , etc.), preferably MBA graduate
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in areas such as sales, trade marketing, sales operations, reporting/analysis
  • Proficiency with MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Systems knowledge – SAP experience is a must
  • Having strategic perspective and analytical thinking skills
  • High interpersonal & excellent communication skills
  • Good team player, hardworking, dynamic and highly motivated personality
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other departments
  • Ability to solve problems, think analytically, question, research, and have strong reporting skills
  • Advanced command of written and spoken English
  •  Flexibility in working hours and no travel restrictions
  •  She/he can reside European side of İstanbul
  •  For male candidates, military service must be completed

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Working with the CEO and senior executives on special projects, contributing to the definition, development, and execution of new operational strategies
  • Coordinating the critical strategic plans and projects with all relevant units and monitoring the execution process closely until the end
  • Working closely with the relevant departments involved with projects and following up on compliance with the deadlines, and objectives
  • Making sales analysis on the basis of region, country, product group, brand
  • Preparation of monthly estimated sales figures, coordinating between sales and planning departments
  • Profitability tracking and analysis, creating action plans in coordination with the marketing department
  • Tracking and analyzing trade marketing expenses
  • Monitoring the market share, preparing action plans in coordination with sales and marketing departments
  • Ensuring that the meetings are held in a timely and efficient manner in line with the relevant agenda, and will carry out the necessary follow-up and coordination
  • Analyzing complex data and financial reports and presenting necessary reports
  • Keeping the CEO Office accessible and open to new ideas and proposals and analyzing the statistical data
  • Contributing to the long-term value creation process of the CEO Office
