Now, we are hiring Deck Manager / FOLIE to join us in Bodrum.

Deck Manager

Responsible for the smooth running of the operation on the deck, maintain high level of service and a well-organized work atmosphere. Deck manager is in charge supervising and continuously trains staff and ensuring a high-quality service at all time by emphasising on customer satisfaction.

Core Activities

• Ensure 100 percent compliance with all company policies and law 
• Lead by example
• Oversee flow and quality of service around the deck
• Ensure that smooth operation in all sections
• Perform /supervise / control daily opening and closing procedures
• Maintain education program
• Amend the employee book as needed
• Implement new rules and regulations
• Co-ordinate with restaurant manager for everyday operation
• Staff evaluation
• Ensure excellent communication between all departments
• Create a strong team and take care of the employees to provide excellent costumer’s service
• Maintain proper sanitation, hygiene standards and maintain effective store presentation
• Motivate staff
• Socialize with guest
• Ensure a friendly work environment of all time
• Handle and resolve complain
• Controlling background music, lightning
• Lead daily briefing, attend and actively participate in weekly manager meetings
• Adjust stock in EPOS during operation if necessary
• Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• BA degree in Business Administration, or a Hospitality Degree from a reputable University
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Fluent in English
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Windows applications
• Excellent Interpersonal, communications, presentation, and marketing skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• System oriented
• Positive and energy level
• Highly cooperative team spirit
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Health and safety
• Good knowledge of Food and Hygiene
• First aid training
• Menu Knowledge (food, wine, cocktail, cigar)
