Now, we are hiring Floor Supervisor to join us in Bodrum.

Core Activities

• Allocate work duties to Team Members
• Perform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
  
• Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects
• Supervises cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and stairwells.
  
• Conducts proper handover with each Supervisor on the next shift, to keep seamless information flow.
• Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

• Manage, efficiently, stock control and the maintenance of equipment

Competencies

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  
• Excellent communication Skills
• Excellent interpersonal Skills
  
• Passion for providing the highest standards of service to the guests
• Ability to work under stress
• Excellent computer skills
