Your responsibilities:

• Project Management and Execution: Strategically plan, communicate, and execute projects by developing a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Ensure the project is completed within budget, scope and on schedule while delivering high-quality results. Execute project tasks in alignment with the project plan and provide timely and effective communication throughout the project life-cycle,
• Tracks milestones and dependencies within project and remove impediments for the project team,
• Coordinate, facilitate, and lead meetings to accomplish project deliverables,
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. Communicate these factors through project status reports and presentations to project sponsors and stakeholders,
• Deliver progress reports and  presentations for SteerCo/ Senior Management,
• Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques,
• Effectively communicate and maintain relationships with project team participants and project stakeholders across business and technical teams,
• Ensure that project goals are achieved and in line with business objectives,
• In addition to project management responsibilities, taking an active role in promoting and distributing Agile methodology and tools throughout the organization,
• Help/guide teams and company to maximize Agile maturity and adopt an Agile mindset, and embrace Agile values, principles, and practices,
• Work and collaborate with agile coaches to enhance adaptation to an agile culture.

What we expect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related fields,
• 5+ years of experience as IT Project Manager in e-commerce and/or retail industry,
• Preferably hands on experience on managing end to end ERP, CRM, Data Analytics or digital transformation projects,
• Experienced in the implementation of waterfall and agile project management methodologies and frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban etc.) and SW product development techniques (e.g. SDLC),
• Hands on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence etc. and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) skills,
• Preferably holding project management certificate PMP and scrum certificate (PSM or CSM),
• Having experience in Project & Portfolio Management is plus,
• Having hands on experience in Agile Transformation is plus,
• Have an analytical risk management mindset, good prioritisation skills, and decision-making ability,
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent presentation and facilitation skills,
• Demonstrated experience in relationship management including internal teams, clients, third parties and upper management,
• Fluent spoken and written English.
