QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Front Desk, Guest Relations, and Guest Communication positions:

Front Desk Executives

  • Handling guest check-in, check-out and sharing general knowledge about the property, while providing exceptional guest service at all times. 
  • Extending warm and fond farewell, with a personalized service approach
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience required
 

Guest Relations Executives

  • Handling guest concerns in a courteous and efficient manner, following through ensure satisfactory solutions are provided. 
  • Ability to personally welcome all arrivals, initiating contact prior to their stay, providing in-room registration, creating memorable engagement with guests during the stay and coordinating a bespoke experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ of experience required.
 

Guest Communication Executives

  • Responsible for all outgoing and incoming customer calls, verifying accuracy and handling emergency issues.
  • Ensuring that all calls are handled overseeing Restaurant, SPA and Hotel Reservations
  • Representing the hotel in accordance with all Peninsula Standards and Service Principles
  • Minimum 3 years of experience required
 

Customer Database Coordinator

  • Uphold Data Integrity of the Databases used in Hotel Operations by following the Policies and Procedures linked to the database projects including the structure, quality, and quantity of data.
  • To ensure the operations follow the maintaining structure, policies and procedures regarding the retention and purging of data and follow the measurements to ensure clean data is captured and well maintained. 
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience required
 

Doorpersons

  • Greeting arriving and departing guests
  • Ensure smooth traffic at the main entrance and offer guest luggage assistance
  • Arranging guest transportation (i.e. taxi cabs)
  • Responding to guest requests and resolve guest concerns in a timely and friendly manner
  • Ensure cleanliness of the hotel main entrance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience required
 

Pages

  • Greet and assist guests as they enter and leave the Hotel. 
  • Deliver items such as incoming messages, parcels, etc. to guest rooms
  • Act as a Peninsula brand representative providing exceptional service 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
 

Baggage Attendants

  • Assist guests with their luggage upon arrivals and departures
  • Manage the storing of guest items including, but not limited to, packages, luggage etc from vehicles and the luggage storage area
  • Assist guests with hotel information and services queries
  • Minimum 1 years of experience required

Aynı zamanda kruvaziyer terminali, restoranlar, genel alanlar ve müzeleri de içeren ve yeniden geliştirilen Salıpazarı Limanı’nın bir parçasını da oluşturur. Otel’in 2023 yılının başlarında açılması planlanmaktadır.
