QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Adopting a stable growth strategy, Titanic Hotels has managed to make the Titanic brand popular not only in our country but also in the international arena, with its hotels that are both investors and operators in Istanbul, Antalya, Bodrum and Berlin.

Titanic Hotels has 13 hotels with a total capacity of 5600 rooms, including 5 hotels in Istanbul, 3 hotels in Antalya, 1 hotel in Bodrum and 4 in Berlin, the capital of Germany.

"ZONE MANAGER"


We have convoke you to work as a "Zone Manager" in the F&B department of our TITANIC LUXURY COLLECTION BODRUM hotel operating in the Muğla region of our TITANIC HOTELS brand, which is an international brand in hotel management.

  GENERAL QULIFICATIONS

·       Preferably unıversity graduate.

·       Least five years of Food and Beverage Management experience in a five-star Hotels or Restaurants.

·       Have good command of English or Russian.

·       High leadership skills, successful in team management.

·       Successful in human relations, prioritizing guest satisfaction approach.

·       Mighty planning skills, solution-oriented, able to take initiative and think strategically.

·       Able to keep up with intense work tempo and flexible working hours.

 

 JOB DESCRIPTION

·       To ensure regular follow-up of personnel training and development training in the region

·       Ensuring that the restaurant team has food and beverage knowledge and provides professional service to guests within the standards

·       Have the discipline to report to the F&B Manager or authorized manager.

·       Able to use Office Programs practically and correctly.
