QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is responsible from international marketing, sales, shipment and after-sales operations to international markets, especially to Russia and Ukraine.

This is a promising position especially for new graduates (1-3 years of experience) from reputable universities who want to grow together with a self-confident trading company. The current team members have prominent abroad experience and very eager to share it with new comers. Our work environment is very friendly, supportive and open to learn every day.  

About The Challenge:

  • Researching the market and identifying potential target customers
  • Drafting of proposals and active follow-up of these proposals through weekly progress reports
  • Active CRM usage to provide up-to-date progress about the entire sales funnel (leads, proposals, closed sales, visits, etc.)
  • Cold calling potential customers and building relationships
  • Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations
  • Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information
  • Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
  • Following up shipment transactions, tracking and checking the accuracy of the data
  • Developing and maintaining efficient relations with existing customers

About You:

  • You have excellent command and proficiency in English and Turkish.
  • Russian is a very important asset.
  • Excellent Communicator
  • You can manage effective relationships virtually with anybody
  • Hold full accountability of your work regardless of your title or position in the team
  • Customer and result-oriented, and have a positive mindset.
  • Tolerance to uncertainty
  • Ready to manage the shipment operation part of your own sales.
  • Process and result orientation in balance.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree, preferably from logistics, chemical engineering, business administration
    • Minimum 1 year professional experience at international sales&marketing
    • Shipment Operation experience is an asset
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Advanced skills in MS Office Programs
    • No restrictions on local or international travel
    • No military obligation
    • Active driving record with a B-Class driving license
    • Be comfort working at Kağıthane/Istanbul
