Supply Chain Specialist

TotalEnergies is looking for a team member for the following position:

• Management of international transport organizations involved in the process and negotiations of contract prices of the relevant suppliers
• Maintain the daily continuity of supply chain process with the cooperation of the customs agency
• Smooth supply chain operation by close follow-up of customs regulations
• Demand and follow-up all BLG’s related to supply chain activities
• Complete the month end / year end process on time with the accounting department
• Review and update the supply plan proactively according to the changes in the requirements
• Support SC Coordinator for following the due dates of the invoices of imported products, preparing the payment requests of due invoices, completing their necessary signatures and delivering them to the Treasury Department
• Organizing shipment of the purchase orders from bonded warehouse to plant
• Keeping SCM activities constantly traceable and updated in SAP

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in Lube or related supply chain activities
• English is a must
• Knowledge of MS Office Application & SAP
• Knowledge of customs applications, payment, incoterms, international trade and import process

*Position will be 1 year contracted
