We are looking for enthusiastic and talented professionals to join us as “Financial Planning and Analysis Leader” in the Finance Department.

What will be your contributions:

• Periodical operational reporting to Plant Management and TPI Headquarters, in relation with financials
• Exploring the improvement potentials, initiating/leading projects which will lead to improvement of plant profitability and competency
• Supporting and at the same time challenging the operations team for improvement
• Actively cooperation with PQES teams, acting as effective finance partner whenever they make decisions creating financial impacts
• Acting as unbiased eye of plant leadership keeping equal distance to every operating function
• Coordinating and taking part in operational reporting improvement projects conducted locally and globally, by utilizing Oracle and other BI tools
• Plant operational KPI coordination/reporting assuring all operational KPIs are reported consistently over the board
• Expense analysis in relation with KPIs, for cost control and improvement
• Taking part in budgeting, forecasting and month end closing processes for her/his objects of control
• Making Investment Assessment and feasibilities
• Being a strong team member for TPI's growth globally

What will be decisive:

• Bachelor’s degree from a university in related departments
• Min. 8 years of experience in similar positions
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience in PowerBI based reporting is a strong asset
• EPBCS, SmartView experience is an asset
• Experience in Oracle R12 preferred
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• Strong communication skills to facilitate cooperation reaching to results
• Having high energy to run after business results
• Self-motivated, able to take initiative and proceed
• Experience to work with strict deadlines
• Will be part of a strong and firm team
