SAP PMO Specialist and Senior Specialist

  Qualifications

• Graduated from engineering departments or related departments,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management,
• Familiar with project management methodologies (PMP, PSM I certificate or agile is a plus),
• Agile manifesto knowledge and/or experience is a big asset,
• Experience in SAP project management is a big asset,
• Familiarity with Task Tracking, Documentation, and Team Collaboration Software (like Jira and ServiceNow),
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken or preferably German,
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications,
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills,
• Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to multi-task,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Competent in teamwork,
• Capable of technical analysis, open to learning new technologies and solutions,
• Following up the developments on new products, services and technologies in the field, has a high desire to learn and develop, and can easily adapt to technological innovations.

Job description

• Supporting for the successful implementation of the PMO's strategy, responsibilities, services,
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of Project Management Office policies, processes and help implement a project management culture,
• Supporting project roadmap planning, selection and prioritization of projects to achieve maximum benefits based on company strategies,
• Managing SAP and non-SAP projects through PMO's strategy,
• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to strategies, and meeting deadlines,
• Working closely with internal and external parties to track compliance with project deadlines and required deliverable quality and improving collaboration between business units within projects,
• Preparing project status reports and providing insights regarding potential risks, opportunities, and other aspects within projects,
• Monitoring and reporting of KPIs and financial impacts of the completed projects,
• Supporting for managing the vendor contracts, control milestones, controls delivery acceptance,
• Supporting for controlling the external parties’ progress payments and preparing related SAP cost and budget reporting,
• Contributing to ensure efficient change control methods and process are utilized.
