Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Administrative Sciences,
• 3 years or more general work experience,
• Professional level of English,
• MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Think-cell, Outlook (Advanced Level),
• Dominance of the Turkish Commercial Code, Consumer Protection Law, and TSE / ISO Systems,
• Communication, analytical thinking, result-oriented and conflict management competencies are developed,
• Expert in planning and coordination.

Job Description

• Ensuring the coordination of controlling, human resources, sales, and departments within After Sales Services (ASS) to make the ASS budget (opex, capex) on time and in the most realistic conditions. Contributing to variance analysis,
• Preparation and interpretation of regular or instant reports / presentations to support the decisions of ASS management,
• To prepare and follow up the meeting agenda and action lists to ensure that the actions taken within the ASS Directorate are completed on time and completely. Participating and contributing to development projects,
• To follow up the actions to be taken by the ASS Directorate to complete the findings of internal and external audits in a timely and complete manner,
• Coordinating the program of the ASS Director (planning Authorized Service and meeting center visits, organization of internal and external meetings, travels, distribution, and reporting of notes taken in meetings or travels, etc.) for the ASS Director to use his or her time efficiently,
• To determine and report areas such as products, services or processes that can be put into use by making field visits to generate revenue or reduce costs, by analyzing competitors. (product, service, organization, etc.)
