QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Faculty of Economics and Administrative or Faculty of Engineering,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• At least 2 years of experience in foreign trade operations,
• Having knowledge of incoterm 2022, import and customs clearances processes,
• Having knowledge of bonded warehouse and free zone operation processes,
• Preferably having knowledge of TAREKS/TSE processes,
• Having knowledge of import operations, letter of credit (LC) and logistics processes,
• Profiency in MS Office applications and knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Strong sense of urgency
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented
• High problem solving and decision making skills
• Open to development and constantly learning
• No travel restrictions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Follow up whole processes for placed orders by purchasing department or free zone to the shipment of the product to the warehouses,
• Follow-up and finalization of import files, follow-up of costs incurred as a result of customs procedures and transportation operations,
• For arrange shipment for imported products, meet with forwarder according to incoterm and arrange transportation of imported products,
• To manage import process by providing coordination with customs officer during the import process,
• Follow-up all import documents,
• When necessary, making and finalizing special permit applications required for import process,
• Follow the TAREKS/TSE processes in coordination with the customs officer and related technical department,
• To carry out the necessary correspondence with overseas suppliers for import process,
• Control all shipments documents (Invoice, packing list, waybill and certificate of origin) and declations and ensure that they are delivered to the accounting department in full.

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
