Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (Master's Degree will be an asset)
• Upper Intermidiate command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
• Preferably 1 year of business experienced or junior
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively with a high degree of flexibility
• Ability to manage own time, set priorities, planning, monitoring and organized work
• Precise and systematic working style with an analytical mindset
• Team-work awareness and the ability of cross departments working
•  Result oriented and attention to details,
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programs (BI will be an asset)
• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge
• Ability to influence peers and stakeholders at all levels with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic learner,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

• Prepare quarterly analyses and managerial presentations for the  top management to make the best decisions,
• Partner with Accounting counterparts to ensure accurate, consistent and timely reporting
• Identify and execute continuous improvement activities for the timely and efficient usage of materials in all operational processes.
• Identify the causes of material losses and takes corrective action.
• Manage and follow up identified improvement projects.
• Maintains daily objectives and ensures work goals are met in a timely and effective manner.
• Tracing performance of Material Lost Cost Management KPIs and explore opportunities with necessary analysis for further development projects,
• Leading teams for continuous improvement action plans,
• Liaising among different departments
• Reviewing the performance of subordinates

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
