QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Electronics or Electronics and Communications Engineering,
• Master’s Degree/Doctorate is a plus,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English,
• Experienced in hardware design with more than 3 years / totally min 4 years,
• Having strong project management skills,
• Preferably experienced in team management,
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
• Preferably entry-level SAP/BOM knowledge,
• Good diction skills,
• The power to make technical analysis,
• Ability to adapt to the busy schedule,
• Good team player,
• Active, interrogator and self-confident,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Will be able to reside in Manisa/İzmir region

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Following & managing safety, EMC, and design approval tests for electronic systems HW&SW which are used in HVAC products,
• Analyzing and understanding PCBA HW and SW,
• Basically C software knowledge,
• Familiar with any PCB design program (LTspice, Altium, etc.),
• Experience in white appliance electronic systems design and test will be preferred,
• Make contact and manage projects with related local or foreign suppliers,
• Examining and answering questions and feedback from customers and carrying out the product development process related to these issues if there are any,
• Monitoring closely technological and professional developments related to the task and investigating their applicability,
• Analyzing and benchmarking the competitors' products
