Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a "Supply Chain Specialist" to be employed at our Headquarters in Ümraniye for our leading company in the production of new generation heating, cooling and industrial heating systems.

KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Dynamic inventory controlling, forecasting, order planning and generating orders in SAP for A/C products and spare parts
• Generating L/C and other other payments and controlling the invoices
• Responsible for harmonising and optimizing shippings, delivery schedules and costs
• Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation and customs clearance regulations
• Direct follow-up incoming and outgoing products to ensure prompt delivery to customers and to ensure acceptable DIO
• Working with and coordinating the efforts of partners in the supply chain like warehouse service provider and customs brokers to ensure smooth operations
• Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management and A/C team
• Strong communication with partners, suppliers, technical and sales team in order to follow up and regulate the ongoing operation
• Providing necessary technical and commercial documentation and archiving

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Advanced level in MS Office Applications 
• Good command of English 
• Experience in similar position is an asset
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering  or equivalent 
• SAP knowledge 
• Result oriented and strong analytical skills
