GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Role Purpose

To execute the Reward & Payroll and recognition strategy of _VOIS Turkey by delivering benefit scheme, recognition frameworks, salary benchmarking, and annual reward review cycle.

Your Place in the Team:

  • Is responsible for the service delivery of the Benefits & Recognition programs.
  • Support Reward Manager for the right reward strategy for all the benefit programs that will create a competitive edge for Vodafone in the market and ensure that all employees understand the employee value proposition.
  • Support and monitor performance bonus calculations and payments
  • Manage all operational aspects of Vodafone Stars Program and Vodafone Heroes Program with Vodafone Group.
  • Maintain work flow/process to support end to end project management of flexible benefits program on time in full with impact
  • Supports resourcing team to provide benefit eligibility data for new comers/new promotions
  • Acts as an HR admin; manages employee data and organizational records in HR systems.
  • To be able to run monthly payroll activities in line with labor law 4857 and Social Security Institution legislation.
  • To have a working knowledge of the labor law 4857 and Social Security Institution legislation to manage employee relations and employee disputes ( eq: poor performance management and behavior against the labor law, company policies etc)
  • Gathering new joiner documents and responsible of Social Security employment entries
  • Calculating the receivables and payables of the leavers and forwarding them to the VFTR payroll team, taking action to deposit the receivables into the company's account in case the payables are not deductible from the receivables.
  • Preparing the Social Security Institution exit notice for the leavers.
  • Reporting employment costs on a monthly basis and manage the payroll budget and share with management team

Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience:

  • Commercially savvy / good depth of business understanding
  • Good breadth of HR experience (5 years plus); generalist and /or specialist
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the Reward, Payroll and HR Systems area
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Analytical, intellectual capacity to deal with costs and trends, prepare analysis
  • Knowledge and Understanding of Turkey Labour code
  • Experience with budgeting of employment costs
  • Fluent English skills both written and spoken
  • Attention to details and ability to see the big picture at the same time
  • Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Local network of other reward professionals
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications:

  • University of college degree in economics, HR, finance or psychology
  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of Turkish Labour code
  • SuccessFactors
