Voyage Torba, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for ''SOMMELIER '' who has the following qualifications:

Duties and Responsiblities

We are looking for colleagues to join our Voyage Sommelier team, one of the top Hospitality Service in Turkey

Ensure that restaurant teams have good knowledge of wine and food

Control on a daily basis the proper storage, aging rotation, and temperature of all stock in wine storeroom and report any problems and malfunctions

Ensures all wine equipment and wine lists are clean and updated with correct vintage and out of stock items

Checks and monitors the wine operations (Main restaurant  and A`la Carte restaurants and bars).

Support company's philosophy and company culture through the use of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or other related field

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Russian language is a plus.

Must be a self-motivator and motivator of others.

Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.

Must have  experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury environment
