We are looking for an "Financial Planning and Analysis Executive " for our business partner.

Job Description

• Understanding the business & financial drivers and comparable performance of company with respect to expectations and peers in the industry,
• Budgeting, Forecasting: Coordination of Financial Planning cycle within the Company, Preparation of Budget and Forecasts with full financial statements and details. Analyzing, reviewing, challenging commercial and cost perspective of budgets/mid-term financial plans, translating data into meaningful information for top management, preparation of executive summaries and presentations,
• Financial analysis: Analyzing, reviewing, understanding the variances in monthly realizations, deep-dive into details for improvement of any aspects required to reach the targets,
• Follow-up of Risk & Opportunities and Performance KPIs, highlight recommendations for improvement areas, bring to the attention of top management,
• Support periodical reporting with ad-hoc analysis, comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics in any ad-hoc financial or business analysis,
• Participate in project analysis, support any feasibility studies and valuation analysis from financial perspective,
• Asist top management for BOD preparations and top management meetings with the shareholders,
• Support all relevant required reporting requirements.
  
  Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering plus an MBA degree,
• Min 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Budgeting/Planning or Corporate Finance with an experience in Industrials sectors,
• Quantitative & analytical mindset, a good business acumen,
• IFRS, Business planning & Valuation knowledge are must,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills,
• Excellent written and verbal English skills and relationship-building skills,
• Ability to multi-task and work with cross functional teams in harmony,
• Ability to work with executive team members,
• Proactive, decisive, action and results oriented,
• Self-directed and highly motivated with strong work ethics.
