Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "TEXTURE SHOPFLOOR SUPERVISOR" located in Gebze/Kocaeli to be employed in our international client in steel sector.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduation from Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Departments of reputable universities.

• Preferably having experience in project management in automotive sector.

• Preferably having experience in plastic injection process, production of piece / mold.

• Advanced level of English and good MS Office skills.

• Coordination, planning and problem solving skills.

• Knowledge on Lean Management.

• Awareness of Health and Safety process.

• Experience of working with blue collars.

• Residence in / near Gebze or in Anatolian side of Istanbul.

• Completion of military service for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure all orders are prepared on time.

• Manage the technicians for preparing the orders.

• Manage the admin duties of the texture shopfloor and act a a bridge between the departments.

• Support the Project Manager for customer communication when required.

• Manage the 5S process and participate in lean management activities.

• Follow all Health and Safety, training, over time processes within the shopfloor.

• Ensuring all supplies are provided in the shopfloor on time.

• Prepare all required reports.

• Determine the needs of certification, orientation and training and ensure that all are provided on time.
